Cahill represented the administrative agents and lead arrangers in connection with a $1,400,000,000 Term B loan, a $100,000,000 revolving credit facility, and a $500,000,000 second lien Term B loan for Ancestry.com, the world's largest online history resource. Proceeds from the facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
