Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facility for ProKarma

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent and lead arranger, and KeyBank and Citizens Bank as lead arrangers in connection with a $65,000,000 Term A loan, and a $15,000,000 revolving credit facility for ProKarma, Inc., an enterprise IT solutions company that specializes in full-scale implementation and delivery capabilities. Proceeds from the facility were used in connection with the acquisition of ProKarma by private equity firm The Carlyle Group.
