Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended and Restated Credit Facility for The ServiceMaster Company

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent and lead arranger and the other lead arrangers in connection with the amendment and restatement of a $1,650,000,000 Term B loan and a $300,000,000 revolving credit facility for The ServiceMaster Company, LLC, a leading provider of essential residential and commercial services. Proceeds from the facility were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
