Cahill represented Jefferies Finance as administrative agent and lead arranger and KKR Capital Markets as arranger in connection with first lien and second lien secured credit facilities for TKC Holdings, Inc. Proceeds from the facility will be used to pay a dividend and refinance the borrower’s existing credit facilities.
