Cahill Represents Sole Book-Running Manager in $150 Million Notes Offering for M.D.C. Holdings, Inc.

Cahill represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as sole book-running manager in  connection with the offering of $150,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6% senior notes due 2043 by M.D.C. Holdings, Inc., an add-on to the original offering. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
