Cahill Represents Underwriters in Initial Public Offering of Common Shares of PlayAGS, Inc.

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with the initial public offering of 10,250,000 shares of common stock of PlayAGS, Inc. at $16 per share (NYSE: AGS), resulting in gross proceeds of $164,000,000. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.  The Company has granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,537,500 shares of common stock.
