Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with the amendment and restatement of NAC AVIATION 29 DAC and Freyja Aviation One Malta Limited (Nordic Aviation)’s $515,000,000 revolving credit facility. Nordic Aviation is a global leader in regional aircraft leasing. Proceeds from the facility are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
