Cahill Represents Lead Arranger in $625 Million Amended Credit Facility for NAC Aviation 29 DAC

Cahill represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with amendment to NAC Aviation 29 DAC’s existing $625,000,000 revolving credit facility to extend the maturity date of certain revolving commitments thereunder. NAC Aviation 29 DAC is an aircraft leasing company and a subsidiary of Nordic Aviation Capital.
