Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended Revolving Credit Facility for Vertiv Group Corporation

Cahill represented the lead arrangers with an amendment to reprice and extend the maturity of Vertiv Group Corporation’s $455,000,000 revolving credit facility. The credit facility will be used for refinancing existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. Vertiv is an American provider of equipment and services for datacenters.
