Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $150 Million Notes Offering for Maxar Technologies Inc.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $150,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.54% senior secured notes due 2027 by Maxar Technologies Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to finance an acquisition by the issuer and for other general corporate purposes.
