Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in a $300 Million Notes Offering for Cedar Fair, L.P.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.500% senior notes due 2028 by Cedar Fair, L.P. (the “Company”) as well as Canada's Wonderland Company, Magnum Management Corporation, and Millennium Operations LLC which are all subsidiaries of the Company. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate and working capital purposes.
