Cahill Advises Arch Capital in Acquisition of Watford Holdings

Cahill advised Arch Capital Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: ACGL) (“Arch”), a publicly listed Bermuda exempted company, in the previously announced acquisition of Watford Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: WTRE) (“Watford”) by Greysbridge Holdings Ltd. (“Greysbridge”), a newly formed entity owned 40% by a subsidiary of Arch, 30% by certain investment funds managed by Kelso & Company and 30% by certain investment funds managed by Warburg Pincus LLC. Greysbridge acquired all the common shares of Watford in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $700 million.
