Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $950 Million Credit Facility for GCI, LLC

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the $400,000,000 term B credit facility and an amendment to the $550,000,000 revolving credit facility for GCI, LLC, a provider of data, mobile, video, voice and managed services to consumer and business customers throughout Alaska. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance existing credit and to refinance outstanding debt securities.
