Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $400 Million Notes Offering and Dealer Manager in Tender Offer for Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.50% senior notes due 2025 by Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC and the dealer manager in the concurrent tender offer for $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 6.75% senior notes due 2022. Proceeds from the offering were used to purchase notes validly tendered and accepted in the tender offer, and the remaining net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC owns and acquires high-quality infrastructure and equipment.
