Cahill Represents Administrative Agent in $410 Million Credit Facility for Forestar Group Inc.

Cahill represented the administrative agent in connection with an amendment to the revolving credit facility for Forestar Group Inc. to increase the commitments thereunder to $410 million and to extend the maturity.  The credit facility is available for general corporate purposes. Forestar Group Inc. is a residential real estate development company and a majority-owned subsidiary of D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilding company in the United States as measured by number of homes closed.
