Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $350,000,000 term B credit facility and a $190,000,000 revolving credit facility for EverCommerce Solutions Inc. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance existing credit. EverCommerce is the leading technology platform providing integrated SaaS solutions to global service small and medium-sized businesses.
