Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $1,350,000,000 term B credit facility and a $370,000,000 revolving credit facility for APX Group, Inc. (Vivint Smart Home). Proceeds from the credit facility were used to refinance the company’s existing credit facilities and outstanding debt securities.
