Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $341,687,500 refinancing term B credit facility and a $113,312,500 incremental term B credit facility for Eyemart Express LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for a refinancing existing credit. Eyemart Express is a leading national value optical retailer and the fastest provider of glasses in the industry.
