Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in a $475 Million Credit Facility for Herschend Family Entertainment

Cahill represented the agent and lead arrangers in connection with a $475,000,000 term B credit facility for Herschend Entertainment Company, LLC, Herschend Adventure Holdings, LLC and Harlem Globetrotters International, Inc., each of which are subsidiaries of Herschend Family Entertainment. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinancing existing debt. Herschend Family Entertainment owns, operates and manages family-oriented theme parks and attractions across the country. The Harlem Globetrotters are worldwide icons, synonymous with family entertainment and great basketball skills.
