Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $900,000,000 incremental term B credit facility for Cogeco Financing 2 LP, Cogeco Communications Finance (USA), LP and Atlantic Broadband Finance, LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility were used for an acquisition by the borrowers and for related expenses. Atlantic Broadband, a subsidiary of Cogeco Communications Inc., is the 8th largest cable operator in the United States, based on the number of television service customers served.
