Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in a $450 Million Notes Offering for Sylvamo Corporation

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $450,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior notes by Sylvamo Corporation. Proceeds from the offering will be transferred to International Paper Company in connection with the spin-off of Sylvamo Corporation from International Paper Company. Sylvamo is a global uncoated papers company with a broad portfolio of top-tier brands and low-cost, largescale paper mills.
