Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $500,000,000 incremental term loan facility and an amendment to the existing $600,000,000 revolving credit facility for Dorman Products, Inc. Proceeds from the term facility were used for an acquisition by Dorman for the acquisition of Super ATV, LLC.
