Cahill represented the sales agent in connection with the entry into an open market sales agreement with respect to an at-the-market offering program for a selling stockholder of up to 14,407,755 shares of common stock of Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. The selling stockholder will receive all of the net proceeds from any such sales of common stock.
