Helene Banks Publishes "10 Actions for Boards in Response to Political Violence" on NACD Board Talk

Helene Banks, chair of Cahill’s Corporate Advisory practice group, recently published an article on NACD BoardTalk that provides Boards guidance on how to protect their companies and constituents in light of the recent attack on the U.S. Capitol and the expectation of future political violence. Some suggestions include updating crisis planning and safety programs, defining communication policies for employees, and providing additional training to leaders and front-line personnel. Helene emphasizes the need to address these ESG issues and urges companies not to be complacent during this moment of peace, but to use this time to examine their unique business model to determine the best course.
