Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $775 Million Credit Facilities for CONSOL Energy Inc.

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a $400,000,000 revolving credit facility, a $275,000,000 Term B loan credit facility and a $100,000,000 Term A loan credit facility for CONSOL Energy Inc. Proceeds from the facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
