Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an incremental term B credit facility and an incremental revolving credit facility for Charlotte Buyer, Inc. and Curo Health Services, LLC. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used for the acquisition of ProMedica’s home health, palliative and hospice business.
