Turnarounds & Workouts Recognizes Richard A. Stieglitz Jr. as an "Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer"

Richard A. Stieglitz Jr. was named by Turnarounds & Workouts (T&W) as an "Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer" in the United States. Rich was recognized for his role as lead counsel to CB Holding Corp. in a "fast moving, complicated" case, and as lead attorney for the Anvil Knitwear restructuring. His work in orchestrating the debtor representation in the Orleans Homebuilders bankruptcy cases, in which a complex plan of reorganization was negotiated between a large lender group and creditors' committee to reduce Orleans' total liabilities from over $500 million to approximately $200 million in just nine months, was also noted by T&W.
T&W's list, which includes just twelve finalists chosen from the large pool of qualified young attorneys in the United States, appears in the publication's April 2011 issue.
