Sale of Oreck Corporation Named Retail Manufacturing/Distribution Deal of the Year by The M&A Advisor
Cahill Honored with 2014 Turnaround Award

The sale of Oreck Corporation, one of the nation’s leading manufacturers of vacuum cleaners and air purifiers, to the owner of Hoover vacuum cleaners has been named Retail Manufacturing/Distribution Deal of the Year by The M&A Advisor in its 8th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards. Cahill represented the second lien agent and the second lien lenders in these cases, advising in Oreck's 363 sale processes, in which the second lien lenders were paid in full. Cahill, and certain other advisors from these cases will be honored at the 2014 Awards Gala to be held on March 11, 2014 in Palm Beach, FL.
