Securities Docket Honors Brad Bondi as One of the Top SEC Enforcement Defense Attorneys in the Country
Bradley J. Bondi again has been recognized with the “Enforcement 40” award by Securities Docket at the Securities Enforcement Forum 2017 held Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington D.C. Securities Docket’s Enforcement 40 is its list of the 40 best and brightest securities enforcement defense lawyers in the country. This year marks the first update to the original list of the 40 best enforcement defense attorneys released in 2013, which also included Brad. He is one of only 22 attorneys from the original list to receive this distinguished recognition a second time.
Brad is a partner in Cahill’s litigation practice group and is a leader of its securities enforcement and regulatory practices. He is a senior adviser to financial institutions and global corporations, boards of directors, audit committees, special committees and officers and directors of publicly-held companies in significant corporate and securities matters (civil or criminal), with particular emphasis on SEC and DOJ enforcement challenges, significant litigation, crisis management, internal investigations, accounting and compliance issues, and governance challenges. In being selected for the original list, Securities Docket described Brad as “the first choice among Boards of Directors and Audit Committees of the Fortune 500 when their company is faced with SEC or DOJ problems.”
