Associate Liaison Committee

Cahill's Associate Liaison Committee (ALC) addresses the collective concerns and evolving preferences of our associate community. Comprised of both associates and partners, the ALC discusses a variety of associate concerns and proposes solutions, often aimed at work/life balance. Examples of initiatives by the ALC include:

  • Introduction of a new training program for incoming and established associates
  • Adoption of a Flex-time Policy
  • Restructuring of associates' reviews
  • Introduction of Mentor Partners for guidance and support
  • Provision of annual technology stipends for home office expenses
  • Creation of the associate lounge
  • Introduction of discounted health club membership options
