Cahill Named a Top Firm in the 2023 Legal 500 US Guide

The Legal 500 United States edition has again named Cahill as one of the country’s top firms as part of the publication’s 2023 guide. The firm has been named a leading law firm in: Antitrust Civil Litigation/Class Action: Defense; Antitrust Merger Control; Capital Markets representation across Debt, Equity Offerings, and High-Yield; Commercial Lending (Advice to Lenders); Corporate Governance; Corporate Investigations & White Collar Defense for both Advice to Individuals and Advice to Corporates; Environmental (Transactional); General Commercial Disputes; Insurance (Advice to Insurers); Middle-Market M&A; Media, Technology and Telecoms Broadcast: Transactional; Securities Litigation Defense; Tax; and for the first time, Financial Services Litigation and FinTech. Additionally, 32 individual Cahill attorneys were recommended by The Legal 500.
Cahill’s Banking & Finance practice continues to be distinguished as a tier-one ranked firm in the Finance: Commercial Lending table, praised as a “market leading team” by clients.
