Cahill represented Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, acting through its New York agency in the $95,000,000 acquisition finance by Mosaic U.S. Holdings, Inc. comprised of a $75,000,000 Term Loan and a $20,000,000 Revolving Loan in connection with the acquisition of Mosaic Sales Solutions, Inc. by Court Square Capital Partners.
