Cahill Represents Arrangers of $1.75 Billion CityCenter Las Vegas Credit Facilities

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and lead arranger and Barclays as lead arranger in connection with CityCenter Holdings, LLC’s amended and restated $1,700,000,000 Term B loan and $75,000,000 revolving credit facility. The proceeds from the facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. Located on the Las Vegas strip, CityCenter is the largest privately funded construction project in the history of the United States and is home to the Aria Resort & Casino.
