Morgan, Rabo Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with the public offering of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.875% Senior Notes due 2019, and $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.750% Senior Notes due 2024 by Constellation Brands, a leading international beverage alcohol company.
