Cahill represented Deutsche Bank, as manager, and Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Mizuho Securities and TD Securities as structuring agents in connection with in connection with the public offering of $1,430,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.05% Notes due 2046 by Comcast Corporation. Proceeds from the offering were used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
