Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, and the joint lead arrangers and book-runners in connection with a $3,750,000,000 amended and restated revolving credit facility for HCA Inc. HCA is an American operator of health care facilities. Proceeds from the credit facility are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
