Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $935 Million Credit Facilities for CIRCOR International, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with a $785,000,000 term loan facility and $150,000,000 revolving credit facility for CIRCOR International, Inc., a leading provider of flow control solutions and other highly engineered products for markets including oil & gas, industrial, aerospace & defense and commercial marine. The proceeds of the facilities were used to refinance the borrower’s existing credit facilities and to finance the acquisition of the Colfax Fluid Handling business from Colfax Corporation.
