Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $450,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.50% senior notes due 2026 by Mueller Water Products, Inc., a leading manufacturer and marketer of products and services used in the transmission, distribution and measurement of water in North America. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
