Cahill represented Ironshore, Inc. in its formation and initial recapitalization of more than $1.030 billion in a private placement. Ironshore, based in Bermuda, will provide catastrophe property and casualty insurance on a worldwide basis. Ironshore was sponsored by Bob Clements and Integro, and its founding investors include Bear Stearns Merchant Banking, Corporate Partners (a business unit of Lazard Alternative Investments), Fremont Partners, TowerBrook Capital Partners and Greenhill Capital Partners.
