Cahill represented Citibank, N.A. as administrative agent in connection with the $75,000,000 revolving credit facility for RailAmerica, Inc. and Rail America Transportation Corp. The credit facility replaces RailAmerica's existing $40,000,000 Asset Backed Loan facility.
