Morgan, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, US Bancorp, and Wells Fargo Securities as joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with the public offering of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6% Notes due 2024 by R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, a global provider of integrated communications. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
