LLC as initial purchaser in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $100,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.75% senior notes due 2022 by Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC, a global company that owns, acquires and develops high quality transportation equipment and infrastructure. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes.
