LLC as underwriter in connection with a public add-on offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior secured floating rate notes due 2024 by Charter Communications Operating, LLC and Charter Communications Operating Capital Corp., wholly-owned subsidiaries of Charter Communications, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes.
