Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley as joint book-running managers and the other underwriters in connection with the public offering of 10,000,000 Depositary Shares, each representing a 1/1,000th Interest in a Share of 5.80% Non-Cumulative Preference Shares, Series B, by Validus Holdings, Ltd. (NYSE: VRPRA), a provider of reinsurance and insurance. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
